We invite you to take a few minutes to complete a short survey, designed to gather valuable information that will benefit the LMC network.

 The survey includes three key sections:

• Directory of Services – Share your expertise to help build a stronger, more supportive professional network. This will enable others to connect with you when relevant. Participation is voluntary, and you can choose how and when to be contacted.

• Occupational Health – We are exploring a confidential Occupational Health service to support staff wellbeing, delivered by experienced GPs.

• Practitioner Health – We are working with Practitioner Health to make their confidential NHS service available to LMC staff. It provides expert support for mental health conditions and addictions for health and care professionals.
